بی ائی ایس پی پروگرام کی طرف سے اپ ادائیگی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں -رجسٹریشن کے کچھ عرصہ بعد ایک خاص 8171 کے ذریعے اپ کو ایک تصدیق کے پیغام مل کے اپ اس پروگرام کے لیے ا ہل ہیں یا نہیں- اگر اپ وی ائی ایس پی پروگرام کی طرف سے ا ہل ہے .تو یہ ادائیگی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں – بعض اوقات خواتین اپنی رجسٹریشن کے دوران سی این ائی سی غلط نمبر بتا دیتے ہیں -تو اس کی وجہ سے یہ ادائیگی حاصل کر پاتی کیونکہ ان کا شناختی کارڈ نمبر درست طریقے سے اپڈیٹ نہیں ہوتا –
