وہ خاندان جو بھی نظیر کفالت پروگرام کی طرف سے پہلی ١٠٥٠٠ س کی ادائیگی حاصل کر رہے تھے – اب ان خاندان کو بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام کی طرف سے تین ہزار اضافے کے ساتھ ادائیگی دی جائے گی -اب یہ خاندان 13500 کی ادائیگی حاصل کر سکتے ہیں اور اپنی ضروریات کو پورا کر سکتے ہیں- بی ائی ایس پی پروگرام ایک اقدام کے طور پر کام کر رہا ہے- اس پروگرام کا مقصد ان کی غربت کو کم کرنا اور معیار کو بہترین بنانا ہے- وی ائی ایس پی پروگرام کی طرف سے ادائیگی حاصل کرتے ہوئے خواتین کو با اختیار بنایا گیا ہے-
