بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کی طرف سے خواتین کو ناہل قرار دیا گیا ہے -تو یہ امداد حاصل کرنے کی مستحق نہیں ہے -لیکن جس کے باوجود بھی یہ امداد حاصل کر رہے ہیں – اس پروگرام میں ان خواتین کو نااہل کر دیا گیا ہے -وہ خواتین جو سرکاری ملازمن کرتی ہیں -یا ان کے نام پر کوئی زمین یا جائیداد رجسٹر .وہ اس پروگرام میں اگر ان کے گھر کا کوئی بھی فرد ا سرکاری ملازمت کرتا ہے – تو وہ بھی اس پروگرام میں نہ اہل قرار دیے جائیں گے -وہ خواتین جنہوں نے جھوٹ کی بنیاد پر اس پروگرام میں رجسٹریشن کروائی ہے –
لیکن یہ ما لی امداد حاصل کرنے کے مستحق نہیں ہیں – تو اس پروگرام میں نہ اہل قرار دیا جائے گا. وہ بھی پروگرام کی طرف سے یہ امداد حاصل نہیں کر کر سکے – وہ خواتین جنہوں نے بھی ائی ایس پی پروگرام میں اب رجسٹریشن کروائی ہے – تو وہ بھی یہ ادائیگی وصول کر سکتے ہیں -اگر ان کی رجسٹریشن کا عمل مکمل ہو گیا ہے -اور یہ امداد حاصل کرنے کی مستحق ہیں -بی ائی ایس پی پروگرام کی طرف سے 13 ہزار پانچ کر سکتے ہیں –
