وہ خاندان جو بہت غریب ہیں اور غربت کے معیارات تک پورا اترتے ہیں- ابھی ایا پروگرام کی طرف سے مالی امداد حاصل کر سکتے ہیں اس کے لیے انہیں دوبارہ درخواست جمع کرانا ہوگی- درخواست جمع کروانے کے لیے ان کو اپنے قریبی بھی ائی ایس پی افس یہ کفالت پروگرام کے دفتر میں جمع ہوگا- دفتر جانے کے لیے ان کے پاس کوئی ضروری دستاویز کا ہونا لازمی ہے -اپ کے پاس کا ائی ڈی کارڈ اور رجسٹر موبائل نمبر اور ماہانہ امدنی کا ثبوت ہونا چاہی- یہ تمام دستاویز ساتھ رکھتے ہوئے – BISP افس جا کر درخواست دوبارہ جمع کرا سکتے ہیں-
